The service product package is an annual agreement comprising the following:

To check all parts and labour for repairs of the sensor and controller (excludes cables, consumable items, camera, lens, optics, image sensors, mechanical parts, software, computers and other peripheral hardware)
Priority planning of service work should any repairs become necessary
A yearly scheduled maintenance program according to Maintenance&Recertification
Traceable recertification to national standard (In accordance of ISO 10360-10 and 10360-12) for mastar block
Sensor and controller firmware & software updates
Customer support (Remote or on-site) - callback within 30 minutes -Teleservice response within 2 hours
