The service product package is an annual agreement comprising the following:

  • To check all parts and labour for repairs of the sensor and controller (excludes cables, consumable items, camera, lens, optics, image sensors, mechanical parts, software, computers and other peripheral hardware)
  • Priority planning of service work should any repairs become necessary
  • A yearly scheduled maintenance program according to Maintenance&Recertification 
  • Traceable recertification to national standard (In accordance of ISO 10360-10 and 10360-12) for mastar block 
  • Sensor and controller firmware & software updates
  • Customer support (Remote or on-site) - callback within 30 minutes -Teleservice response within 2 hours
  • Measurement performance analysis
